View your bill online
You can view your latest bill, monthly and yearly spend to date, using our on-line billing service. If you prefer, you can call our billing team direct on 0870 777 0377. Alternatively you can email us with your billing queries at billing@bluetelecom.co.uk
Report and track a fault online
Our network operations centre will monitor your services 24 hours a day. In many cases, we see any problems before you do and so can act quickly to resolve them. If you do need to report a fault to us you can do so online, where you can then track the progress of the fault resolution. You can also call us on 0800 027 6868.
Reporting internet abuse, hacking and spam
Please inform the Network Integrity team of any abuse that originates from our network or from the end users of our customers. In addition, any user of the Internet can use this service to report incidents of abuse originating from our network.
