The Global Partner Program also provides its partners with dedicated Global Crossing resources to champion every aspect of the Fast-Track Services program from assisting on network solutions design for enterprise sales opportunities to provisioning orders. The Fast-Track Services program includes comprehensive training on Global Crossing products, services and tools, marketing support, premier customer service, utilization of Global Crossing's account management tools and access to a number of value-added services.
On-Site Services are available exclusively to Fast-Track Services Partners, delivering global logistics support for end user premise equipment -- including procurement, configuration, shipment, installation and break/fix -- to the design specifications of Fast-Track Partners, enabling them to seamlessly deliver end-to-end managed solutions to their customers worldwide.
