View your bill online
You can view your latest bill, monthly and yearly spend to date, using our on-line billing service. If you prefer, you can call our billing team direct on 0870 777 0377. Alternativley you can email us about your billing at billing@bluetelecom.co.uk
Report and track a fault online
Our network operations centre will monitor your services 24 hours a day. In many cases, we see any problems before you do and so can act quickly to resolve them. If you do need to report a fault to us, you can do so online where you can then track the progress until resolution.
Report Internet abuse, hacking and spam
Please inform the Network Intergrity team of any abuse that orginates from our network of from the end users of our customers. In addition, any users of the Internet can use this service to report incidents of abuse orginating from our network.



ISP Customers
Our data service will provide you with near real-time port utilisation, data link usuage and network health reports. The service gives you fast accurate network and capacity management with fault detection.

Customers And Resellers

Online CLI
Our on-line provisioning tool can be used to place both single and bulk orders directly onto the Blue network for indirect access services only. You can monitor the progress of submitted CLIs as well as offering a reporting function.

Daily Call Data Records
This service provides you with online access to all calls processed through the Blue network on a daily basis. This can be used for analysing usage, traffic volumes and valies and can help dealers improve revenie maximization, and allow customers to monitor, manage and reduce costs.

The UK Service & Customer Services Manager
The role of the Customer Service Manager is to ensure that Blue customers receive the highest levels of customer service. The manager will work closley with the customer services team to analyse common faults and issues and work pro-activley to ensure that these issues are resolved quickly and efficientley.
